Cool (.i.e) believes in giving his best in whatever he does, or nothing at all. It is the reason why Cool (i.e) waited for many years to release his debut album, despite finding his passion for music at an early age. He loves to experiment, be it with his music or his stage name. Originally called Giles Travis, he was formally using the moniker King of the Bounce but decided to go for a more happening stage name, and therefore, he came to be known as the Cool (i.e) that we know of today. Cool (i.e) stands for cool, intelligent, and educated, the perfect qualities to describe this quirky artist.
Cool (i.e) draws inspiration from legends like Bump J, Twista, and Juicy J. Apart from learning and honing his musical skills, he has worked towards enhancing other skills like business management, marketing, publicity, mentorship, and logistics. Cool (i.e) i started his musical journey at a young age with a group called Quiet Storm from Chicago that featured Willie Taylor, from love and hip hop. The group landed a Deal with J-PAC records in ATL, which is the renowned artist Usher’s mom’s label. But the group eventually was dropped by the label, leaving Cool (i.e) devastated. But Cool (i.e) proved that he is not a quitter. He worked hard over the years to reach a position where he could be looked up to and respected. His hard work and passion have opened many doors for him, which helped him attain huge milestones.
With his charming and optimistic persona, Cool (i.e)i has built a steady fan base that loves and supports him throughout his musical, as well as the personal journey. After giving several hits like “Free”, “New Wave”, “Apple of my Eye”, and others, in 2019, there was no looking back for Cool (i.e). Today, he continues to thrive and prosper.

After dropping a hit album, “Rapper’s Toolkit” consisting of 8 exhilarating songs in 2019, Cool (i.e) is all set to drop his latest album for fans worldwide. This latest project is titled “Dinner 4 One” and is scheduled for a release in summer’21.
Telling about his forthcoming project, Cool (i.e) says, “Dinner 4 One is about being authentic and who you truly are. (The number 41 in your Angel Number symbolizes just that, being authentic.). The issue with being your true self all the time is that people might not be able to accept the harsh truths, especially when they are not true to themselves.”
This album is about eight friends who embark on the trip to reach their destination, which is a dinner reservation, but on their way, they get annoyed with each and the reservation for 8 ends up in the reservation for 1. The music of this album is as intriguing and unique as the storyline.
